If you are a US resident, you must register using a credit card. Be sure the radio button for "pay by credit card" is selected. DO NOT use Paypal!

 

You will pay a non-refundable $10 processing fee right away. Your registration fee entitles you to four collections at the member price. You will then be billed $25.95 - your membership price for the kit - plus postage and handling for each collection (every three months). The billing will occur approximately 3-4 weeks before a scheduled shipment, usually between the 22nd and 27th of the month preceding shipment. (Your first payment may be made later than that if you registered after the regular automatic billing occurred.) You will receive an email telling you that you have been charged and the expected shipment date. You have until this billing occurs to skip a collection. Once the kit has been billed, if you decide you do not want the current kit and it has not yet been labeled for shipment, the payment may be applied to a future collection.

 

If your credit card is declined, our payment gateway will attempt to bill you several times over several days. If we are unable to collect payment before the magazine issue is released, you will not be added to the subscriber list and will not be sent that magazine issue. If payment is not made within 7 days of shipment, your membership will be placed on hold and you will be notified. You may update your credit card and, if we are able to bill you for the kit, your membership status will be maintained and your kit will be mailed to you.

If we are unable to collect for two collections in a row without a timely request to skip, your membership will be terminated and you will be required to register again with a new $10 registration fee.

Skipping a kit: Your membership is for one year, or four collections. If an upcoming theme does not appeal to you, you may request to skip it. If you request to skip a kit before it is billed, we will change your recurring billing so that you will also skip the coinciding payment. If the kit has already been billed, that payment will be applied to the next regular shipment and the NEXT payment will be skipped. If you skip a collection, your membership end date will be extended by one collection. Your membership will AUTOMATICALLY continue with the next scheduled shipment, unless you request otherwise. You may skip as many collections as desired and maintain your membership status. Your membership is for four kits, so your end date will be adjusted accordingly.

Canceling Your Membership: You may cancel your membership at any time.

If you cancel AFTER a payment has been made, you may:
apply that payment to the upcoming kit
apply it to a future kit
receive a store credit.

 

There are NO CASH/CREDIT CARD REFUNDS for any payments made. If you do not receive a personal confirmation that we have canceled your membership, we have NOT received your email. We will not be responsible for the unpredictability of email. It is in your best interest to contact us to cancel well in advance of billing if it is your intention to do so.

Returns: Contact us if you intend to return a collection. Note: Postage and handling charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. If a kit theme does not appeal to you, it is in your best interest to request to SKIP the kit rather than send it back. If you do send a kit back, the purchase price (usually $25.95) will be applied to the next collection and you will be billed for the postage only due on the next kit.
