Memberships in the Mailbox Muse may be cancelled at any time. If you join using the Pay-As-You go plan, your processing fee is non-refundable. If you joined in the past either by Paypal or paid-in-full, any refund or store credit will be based on the non-member per kit price.

You may customize your membership by asking us to hold any undesired themes in advance. Please notify us by the end of the month preceding a kit issue.
Memberships purchased "paid-in-full" and cancelled before any collections are shipped are subject to a 7% processing fee.
Shipping and handling for any shipped items is non-refundable. Magazines and electronic products are final sale.
Refunds will be issued as store credit only
Returned items must be pre-authorized. Please email care@alteredbookclub.com for an authorization code. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
In the case of a membership shipment, the return must be made within 30 days of shipment for store credit only.
