Memberships in the Mailbox Muse may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are based on the non-member per-kit price (back issue price) . You may customize your membership by asking us to hold any undesired themes in advance. Please notify us by the 10th of the month preceding a kit issue.
Memberships purchased "paid-in-full" and cancelled before any collections are shipped are subject to a 7% processing fee.
Shipping and handling for any shipped items is non-refundable. Magazines are non-refundable.
Returned items must be pre-authorized. Please email care@alteredbookclub.com for an authorization code. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. In the case of a membership shipment, the return must be made within 30 days of shipment.
